Replacement Policy for Nature Grace Health Care

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for replacement.

2. Non-Replacement Items

  • Perishable goods (such as spices or medicines)

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or personalized items

3. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the replacement and ship the new product to you.

4. Shipping for Replacements

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

  • If the replacement is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

5. No Refunds Policy
