1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at support@naturegracehealthcare.com with your order ID.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return Eligibility:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for eligible returns or canceled orders (before shipment).
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
